1Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was delivered in an incomplete condition
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and invoices must be included
- The product should not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery
2Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the product
- Our team will review your request
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
5Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
7Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Order ID
- Photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
8Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Well Works
- For all other eligible returns, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated
